Placing your compounding order is EASY! Simply download the order form, fill in the details and FAX or POST to us with your original prescription.

You can collect your order during our business hours (don't forget to bring your original prescription with you).

If you wish, we will express post to you your order once we receive the original prescription in the mail and payment has been made.
